Unsatisfied with the thin and flimsy ponchos sold to Islanders that could never keep us warm, we had to make our own.
We sent our first prototypes out to be tested, and truthfully we were a little bit nervous. When we got the results back, we knew we had hit the mark. From our choice of warm and sustainable Melton wool, absorbent 100% cotton preshrunk flannel lining and a very generous wind busting lined hood, surfers love them.
